Patient Guidelines

Follow the instructions of doctors and nurses for your health.
Report any discomfort or pain immediately.
Keep noise to a minimum and limit visitors.
Avoid damaging hospital property or disturbing other patients.

Smoking is prohibited in the hospital and on the premises.
Pay your bills on time, or notify the billing department if unable to.
Wear the hospital uniform for easy identification.
Do not leave your bed without permission from medical staff.

General Guidelines:

Visiting hours are from 10 AM - 12 PM and 5 PM - 7 PM.
Only one visitor per patient at a time.
Maintain silence throughout the hospital.
Tipping hospital staff is not allowed and is against our ethics.
Enter rooms only with permission.
Avoid sitting on floors, stairs, or patient beds to prevent infections.

Visiting Hours

General Ward: 10 AM - 12 PM and 5 PM - 7 PM
ICU and CCU: 10 AM - 11 AM and 5 PM - 6 PM
Premium Rooms: 10 AM - 12 PM and 5 PM - 7 PM
Special Beds: 10 AM - 11 AM and 5 PM - 6 PM.
